Forever 21 has announced its Valentine's Day collection.

Based on the original Valentine's Day custom of giving chocolates and presents to "people you love," not just romantic partners, the collection suggests items that men can give to women, as well as Valentine's Day presents for themselves.

The collection includes items to brighten up "Valentine's Day for women," such as retro polka dot knitwear, large graphic t-shirts, A-line dresses, babydoll dresses, lingerie, and cosmetics.
