L'Occitane's first whitening series, "Reine Blanche"

Mar 11, 2015

Lifestyle cosmetics brand L'OCCITANE launched its first-ever whitening series, "Reine Blanche," on March 7th.
Developed to suit Asian women's skin types, the series focuses on the flower "Reine des Prés," meaning "Queen of the Meadows." This flower, possessing the mystical power of increasing its lavonoid content and whitening when exposed to light, has long been considered a symbol of beauty and purity. It is beloved in Provence as a bridal flower.
One of the new products, "Reine Blanche Whitening Gel Cream" (50 ml/9,000 yen), is a medicated whitening cream that plumps and refines skin texture, leaving it radiant in the light. Meanwhile, the medicated whitening serum, "Reine Blanche Whitening Serum" (30 ml/9,500 yen), has a refreshing texture that instantly penetrates, revealing smooth, pure, white skin.

A total of five items were released in the first season, including "Reine Blanche Bright Foam Cleanser" (200ml/4,000 yen), "Reine Blanche Bright Face Water" (200ml/4,300 yen), and "Reine Blanche Bright UV Shield SPF50/PA++++" (30ml/5,500 yen).
