Parfums Givenchy will release four new daily care items from its DW (Doctor White) whitening series, which aims to achieve medical-level whitening power, on the 7th. The Brightening Foam (125ml/5,250 yen) cleansing foam removes dirt and causes of dullness while supporting healthy skin function. The Whitening Lotion (200ml/6,825 yen) is a "negative introduction" lotion that removes bad things and draws in good things. Its moisturizing texture eliminates sources of darkness, such as dirt in pores. The CC Cream (SPF50/PA+++, 30ml/6,300 yen), which has powerful UV protection, cares for and protects skin during the day and covers dullness and uneven skin tone with a combination of pigments. The "Brightening Loose Powder" (SPF15/PA++, 20g/8,190 yen) is a face powder that creates a whiter complexion. It protects skin from daytime damage and adds a light, white, bright, and translucent finish with a light texture. The beige color blends evenly with any skin tone. Each item contains the DW series' exclusive ingredient, "White Integré Sequencer," which targets the underlying cause of skin darkness. Starting with the release date, a campaign is underway to offer an original UV-blocking umbrella with purchases of DW series products over ¥12,000. The umbrella features an original black design featuring ruffles and a logo. It blocks UV rays (blocking 97% of UV rays) and can be used even in rainy weather. The DW series was developed by a team of experts in dermatology, biochemistry, and pharmacology, assembled within Givenchy Laboratories. Taking inspiration from skin specialists, the company has focused on the three steps that rob skin of its whiteness - "production," "accumulation," and "transport" - to achieve whitening power that suppresses melanin production and tackles dark spots and freckles from all directions. Givenchy's proprietary "Brightening Index," a method for measuring skin whiteness and brightness, has made it possible to visibly demonstrate the whitening effect.
