©Choi Na RangOn April 30, Dior presented its Fall 2022 women's collection at Ewha Womans University. This was the Maison's first fashion show in South Korea, and the event was born from its desire to highlight the creativity of the dynamic city of Seoul. For Maria Grazia Chiuri, the collection was a visual poem, a dialogue with Dior's history and its ever-changing constellations – the contemporary world. Pleated skirts, black and white kilts, and jackets were borrowed from the men's wardrobe, revisiting the iconic Bar jacket. Men's long coats, ultra-cut skirts, and biker shorts were styled with white blouses and black ties. Elsewhere, 3D embroidery graced knitwear, while pixelated, fantastical constellations appeared in a video game-esque style. Evening gowns designed especially for the show echo the volume of the Maison's iconic silhouettes, such as the Junon dress, reimagined in an extremely daring way with asymmetrical cuts.

The looks evoke powerful concepts of connection, interaction and sharing.
