Stella McCartney has released a limited edition charity T-shirt in support of the British charity War Child.
War Child works to support children affected by war, and designer Stella designed a children's and women's T-shirt to raise awareness and support children living at risk in conflict zones. The inspiration for the T-shirts came from the "Draw Me To Safety" art project, first initiated by UN Special Envoy Angelina Jolie at the PSVI Summit (Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict) held in London last June.
The kids' T-shirt features a bear and red heart design and is available in sizes for girls and boys ages 4 to 8. The women's T-shirt features a heart print. It is available at the brand's official online store and in its UK flagship store.
All profits from the sale of the T-shirts will be donated to War Child to help provide emergency medical care to children in conflict zones around the world and help them rebuild safe lives.
