EMODA, a fashion brand developed by MARK STYLER, has announced that Kiko Mizuhara will be its image model starting in April. Born in Texas, Kiko Mizuhara made her modeling debut in 2003 when she won the Miss Seventeen title in the magazine Seventeen. Since then, she has served as an image model for numerous brands as a fashion icon, making her debut at the Paris Collection in October 2013 and the Milan Collection in February 2014. She has also appeared in campaign visuals for global brands such as Diesel, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Maison Kitsuné. She also received a 16-page feature in Vogue Italia, drawing attention not only in Japan but around the world. Meanwhile, she is also expanding her acting career. In 2010, she was selected to play Midori Kobayashi in director Tran Anh Hung's Norwegian Wood. Since then, she has also appeared in films such as Mika Ninagawa's "Helter Skelter" and the 2013 NHK Taiga drama "Yae no Sakura."

According to the company, the reason Mizuhara Kiko was chosen as the spokesperson this time is because her image of expanding her horizons from modeling to dramas and movies matches the brand's desire to continue taking on new challenges. Going forward, as an icon for EMODA, she will appear in various promotional opportunities, including magazine tie-ups and catalogues.
