On March 20th, the shopping mall "Namba Parks" in Minami, Osaka, reopened after a renovation. Among the new stores, the most unique is "The Corner Storeroom," a women's select shop operated by Miraku, which is opening its first store in the Kansai region. It carries the original brand "sono," as well as brands such as "J&M Davidson," "Equipement," "Red Card," "Remi Relief," and "Beautiful People." The Namba Parks store is the fifth store, following the flagship store in Omotesando, Tokyo, the Fukuoka store, the Fukuoka Kokura store, and the Grand Tree Musashikosugi store. All stores offer the same product lineup, but the flagship store in Omotesando, Tokyo, limits sono to around 40% and is named "Storeroom." The other stores have sono at around 60% and include "The Corner" in their names. Their main promotional tools are blogs, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media. Items featured on social media are said to be popular. On the opening day of the Namba Parks store, around 100 fans who had been acquired through social media visited the store in the morning alone. Sono's gingham check ruffle blouse (13,000 yen) and thin striped sleeveless dress (19,000 yen) were sold out before noon.
