United Arrows introduces new brands for SS15. Young designers from Stella and Bottega Veneta

Select shop UNITED ARROWS (UA) will begin carrying new international brands from the Spring/Summer 2015 season. Of the nine brands, six will be making their Japan debut and will be available at UA for the first time. Among them, five noteworthy brands are making their Japan debut: KAELEN and TITLE A, and brands making their first appearances: SIMON MILLER, TOMAS MAIER, and 22/4. Established in New York in 2010, KAELEN is designed by Kaelen Haworth, formerly of Stella McCartney. The brand's collection features clean, vibrant pieces, such as striped dresses and windowpane shorts. Simon Miller will be available exclusively at UA and Steven Alan. Having worked on denim for various brands, including Ron Herman's popular denim line, Ron Herman Denim, this season will be his first time carrying his own name. Title A, designed by model Agyness Deyn, presents a collection that reflects her personal style, combining British style with a laid-back LA vibe. The brand's reasonable prices make it a popular choice on e-commerce sites like Net-A-Porter. Tomas Maier, relaunched by Tomas Maier, current creative director of Bottega Veneta, is launching a new line of casual everyday wear with the support of the Gucci Group. Hats, swimwear, and other items are also scheduled to arrive. The collection features minimalist designs accented with painted and laser-printed pieces. 22/4, created by German tailoring designer Stephanie Hahn, presents a genderless, mannish collection. The sleeveless trench coats and jackets, with their structured silhouettes and athletic touches, create a cool impression. Other brands offering home furnishings include MQUAN, a ceramics brand founded by Michelle Kwan, a former model and designer for New York jewelry brand Me&Ro; BANANA TIME, a unisex underwear brand founded in 2014 from Amsterdam; and HAREMLIQUE, a home goods brand from Istanbul, Turkey, specializing in high-quality linen products. All of these brands are making their Japan debut. UA's themes for this season are "Oriental Ethnic" and "Effortless." "Oriental Ethnic" expresses the aesthetic sense and spirit of "Japanese" that the shop has always cherished through a selection of items that incorporate materials and details with a craft feel, while "Effortless" proposes a chic and rich monotone style that exudes a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere.
