
"Mid Park Exercise," a popular outdoor event offering the relaxing experience of stretching your body on the vast lawns of Midtown Garden, will be back again this year.
This free event allows you to maintain your mind and body while feeling the refreshing early autumn breeze in a natural setting. This year, in addition to the popular yoga, ballet exercise will be introduced for the first time. Lying or sitting on the grass, participants will experience the natural environment while incorporating ballet movements to create a supple and beautiful body. The low-impact, flexibility-enhancing program is easy even for beginners.
The event's traditional yoga program involves standing barefoot on the grass, taking in deep breaths of the autumn air, and feeling a sense of freedom as you recharge your mind and body.
Both programs are low-impact and designed to improve flexibility, making them easy for exercise beginners. In the heart of urban Roppongi, why not release your mind and body at this event while feeling the autumn breeze on the vast 2,000-square-meter lawn and feel the arrival of a new season? "Midpark Exercise" is one of the events at "Midtown Relax Park 2015" (held from September 4th to October 4th), which is being held by Tokyo Midtown under the concept of "a high-quality space that has appeared in the forest in the heart of the city."
