The second wedding dress collection for M / Mika Ninagawa, the fashion brand created by Mika Ninagawa, was unveiled at a location in Tokyo on September 1st.

The colorful wedding dress textiles are printed with graphics based on photographs taken by Ninagawa. This season's designs feature feminine curves reminiscent of perfume bottles and romantic designs evoking the scent of flowers.

The collection, created in collaboration with Claudia Co., Ltd., a comprehensive bridal company, debuted in February 2015. The dresses, featuring original and artistic colors such as red, pink, orange, yellow, and blue, are attracting attention, as they directly reflect Ninagawa's vibrant worldview. The first collection, featuring 24 outfits in 12 styles, was launched in the summer of 2015. The newly announced second collection, featuring 23 outfits in 10 styles, will be available nationwide in spring 2016 at renowned hotels, wedding venues, and costume shops. Also, in September, three bridal rooms designed by Mika Ninagawa will be unveiled at Le Centifolia Osaka, a wedding venue in Umeda, Osaka. Featuring wallpaper showcasing the vibrant colors of Ninagawa's works, the unique and glamorous space will create a romantic atmosphere for your special day with your partner. The interior design, including the furniture selection, was handled by Eiji Kasahara, an interior planner for select shops and private residences. Furthermore, an original bridal and wedding room will be opening at Amor in the Sky, a new chapel at Two Lovers Point, Guam's most famous scenic spot.
