The Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka has been offering limited-time Halloween menus at its restaurants and takeout shops since September. The main lounge is offering the "Pumpkin Carriage Cake" (1,955 yen including tax) until October 31st only. It features a fluffy, crunchy pumpkin-shaped meringue cake filled with chestnut cream, vanilla ice cream, and cookies. The charming pumpkin carriage is adorned with white chocolate wheels and powdered sugar horses. Meanwhile, Italian restaurant Bella Costa is offering a Halloween-themed dessert wagon. The menu includes chocolate pizza topped with chocolate ghosts, fruit tarts, and jellies. From October 1st to 31st, the all-day dining restaurant Limone is hosting a "Halloween Buffet." A variety of Halloween-themed dishes are available, including oven-baked pizza topped with ghost-shaped cheese and bat-shaped salami, and pumpkin soup with floating bats in the croutons. The interior of the restaurant will also be filled with a Halloween atmosphere, with a roughly one-meter-tall jack-o'-lantern appearing on the buffet counter.
In addition, until October 31st, the shuttle bus connecting the hotel and JR Osaka Station will also be decorated with Halloween themes. In addition to illustrations of jack-o'-lanterns and bats, the windows will feature humorous illustrations of passengers wearing witch hats. What's more, from October 1st to 31st, female bus drivers will be dressed in witch costumes to get you into the Halloween spirit even more.
Also, only on October 31st, All Day Dining Limone and Gourmet Boutique Melissa will be running a "Trick or Treat! Campaign" where you can receive a mini gift by saying "Trick or Treat!" to staff wearing a designated badge.
