Sep 18, 2015

The Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental's restaurant and bar, "The Dining Room," is offering a special dinner course, "The Art of Tapa-tizers(R)" (10,000 yen), for a limited time until November 30th to commemorate the first anniversary of the launch of its original service, "Tapa-tizers(R)."

"Tapa-tizers(R)" is a portmanteau of "tapas" (small dishes) and "appetizers (aperitifs or appetizers)," and is a service that the restaurant has registered as a trademark and is independently developed. This dinner course includes tapas-sized appetizers such as cold and hot dishes, soups, and a choice of one main dish and one dessert.

The limited-time menu, "The Art of Tapa-tizers," commemorating the first anniversary, offers not only appetizers, but all menu items from the main menu to desserts in tapas size. The menu includes over 25 dishes in total, including approximately 8 appetizers, 1 soup, 5 fish dishes, 7 meat dishes, and 5 desserts, as well as 3 original dips made specially by the chef, and 2 types of grissini and bread. In addition to being able to taste several dishes, please pay attention to the visually appealing arrangement of the dishes.
