To celebrate the 15th anniversary of men's fashion magazine "SENSE," a pop-up shop will be open in the promotional space on the first floor of Isetan Men's Building until September 28th. Approximately 80 brands will offer their own interpretations of military items, the origins of menswear.
The pop-up shop will focus on military items, the ultimate in functional beauty. Approximately 80 brands will offer special items, reimagining the most functional military staples from the 19th and 20th centuries as modern masterpieces.
The lineup includes a modern reimagining of the "CWU-7P" flight jacket used by the U.S. Air Force in the 1970s, a dress-like rendition of N.HOOLYWOOD EXCHANGE SERVICE's best-selling padded WEP blouson, and White Mountaineering's "N3-B" flight jacket made from high-density nylon. The exhibition will feature a variety of items, including army jackets used by the U.S. Army for ground and airborne forces, as well as distinctive camouflage colors, ample pockets, and waist-length jackets. Also on display at the entrance to the Men's Building is a special Audi model in a color exclusive to the venue. The two vehicles on display are the Audi TT, which has consistently offered new designs since its debut in 1998, and the Audi RS 6 Avant, a high-performance sports wagon with a high level of safety thanks to its Quattro full-time 4WD system. The Audi TT features a sophisticated military-patterned camouflage pattern on its entire body, while the Audi RS 6 features partial areas such as the hood and roof. Both models will be on display at Isetan Men's Building and Audi's Shinjuku showroom during the event. During the event, a complimentary cosmetic kit will be offered to customers who spend over ¥50,000.
