ANREALAGE will present its 2016 Spring/Summer collection in Paris, France, at midnight on September 30th (5pm local time on the 29th), the first day of Paris Fashion Week. Titled "REFLECT," the collection will feature sound direction by Ichiro Yamaguchi of the rock band Sakanaction. Anrealage, created by designer Kunihiko Morinaga, moved its base of operations from Tokyo to Paris and first participated in Paris Fashion Week in October 2014. It has been on the official schedule since its debut Spring/Summer 2015 collection, and this Spring/Summer 2016 collection marks its third season. The title of the 2016 Spring/Summer collection, "REFLECT," embodies the meaning of "reflecting light and emitting new light. Repelling reality and creating a new reality." Items and styles unique to ANREALAGE are likely to be featured. The show will be held at the Palais de Tokyo, Galerie Haute in Paris's 16th arrondissement. Directed by Shigetaka Kaneko, who has directed all of ANREALAGE's previous shows, with hair and makeup by Katsuya Kamo and stylist Sota Yamaguchi. Sound direction will be handled by Ichiro Yamaguchi, and the music will be produced by AOKI takamasa, known for remixing songs by Sakanaction. Taking a different approach to traditional fashion show music, the show will attempt a new form of expression, fusing the visual and the auditory. To create the show's atmosphere, AOKI takamasa has created music that, when listened to through headphones or earphones, reproduces the sound in an environment similar to that experienced by the eardrums, creating the sensation of being present in the location where the sound was recorded. Parts of the music will be recorded using "binaural recording."

The event is also scheduled to be live-streamed to Japan.
