In July of this year, rock band Sakanaction hosted the multi-purpose club event "NIGHT FISHING." It was recently announced that the event, renamed "NF," will take place on September 11th at Liquidroom in Ebisu, Tokyo. The July event featured a collaboration with ANREALAGE to create glow-in-the-dark clothing, as well as a VJ-focused stage performance by creative group Rhizomatiks. This marked the "0th" event, and the newly renamed "NF" will be the first of its kind. The inaugural event, "NF #01-launch party," will be comprised of two parts. Part 1, held at the "TimeOutCafe" on the second floor of Liquidroom, will feature Sakanaction member and event organizer Ichiro Yamaguchi, as well as fellow member Aimi Kusakari, who had previously taken a hiatus from live performances due to pregnancy and childbirth. Part 2, which will be held on the main floor on the first floor, will feature musician AOK Itakamasa's amorphous beats project "Neutral," as well as agraph, who provided remixes for Sakanaction's album "Natsukashii Tsuki wa Atarashii Tsuki ~Coupling & Remix works~," released this month, and techno musician Sunahara Yoshinori, who handled the mastering. Rhizomatiks will also be in charge of VJ duties, as they did last time. Advance ticket lottery tickets will be available on Sakanaction's mobile and smartphone website until 2:00 PM on August 26th, with general sales starting September 1st. Tickets available for general sale are for Part 2 only.
