As part of the "LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF" partnership, a new collection of Silver Lockit bracelets designed by Louis Vuitton Men's Artistic Director Virgil Abloh was released on April 1, 2022. Following the first collaboration in 2020, Virgil Abloh designed a second Silver Lockit bracelet collection to continue supporting children in urgent need through the Maison's partnership with UNICEF.

Reinterpreted by Virgil Abloh for 2022, the new collection follows on from the original Silver Lockit collaboration and features the same Virgil Abloh signature, but in new materials and colors. The chain, padlock, and Louis Vuitton charm are available in natural or black titanium, while the cord bracelet is available in neon yellow, rainbow, or black.

Virgil Abloh's original interpretation of the Silver Lockit bracelet, which launched in February 2020, breathed new life into the collection. Virgil Abloh added his signature bold chain, strung on a thicker cord. A silver padlock and a Louis Vuitton charm at the back complete the design.

Since 2016, Louis Vuitton has donated more than $18 million to UNICEF through the sale of its Silver Lockit bracelet and pendant collection. To continue supporting UNICEF, a new version of the Silver Lockit bracelet is released each year. For every Silver Lockit by Virgil Abloh purchased, $100 will be donated to UNICEF. About the "LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF" Partnership
Launched in 2016, the "LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF" partnership provides UNICEF's emergency programs, which respond rapidly to emergencies and major disasters around the world, as well as life-saving humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable children around the world. The partnership has supported emergency responses in India, which continues to be affected by the spread of COVID-19 in 2021; Lebanon, which was hit by a massive explosion in 2020; and Afghanistan, which continues to face a serious humanitarian crisis in 2021. Over the past six years, Louis Vuitton has also contributed to numerous UNICEF programs, including those in Nigeria, where Boko Haram attacks continue, the Rohingya crisis in Bangladesh from 2018 to 2019, and the emergency in Yemen, where civil war continues.
