LeSportsac, a New York-based brand, will release a collaborative collection with MUVEIL, a Tokyo brand popular for its playful designs and unique, charming, and fantastical worldview, on April 13, 2022.


This second collaboration collection is based on the concept of a "sense of wonder," the moving and mysterious feelings we experience when we come into contact with nature. Focusing on the "energy of nature," the collection aims to encourage people to reflect on the natural world that is right in front of us. Additionally, incorporating the theme of "childhood memories," which is MUVEIL's identity, the collection expresses nostalgic memories and sudden emotions through prints and styles. The collection features a lineup of 13 styles, including two prints, python and chain, as well as a special item this time, a PVC flower handbag.

An eye-catching print featuring a classic chain in an archive pattern featuring MUVEIL's "M". The chain motif is inspired by designer Nakayama's childhood admiration for the chain bag his mother used when going out. The lining is made of orange flowers, inspired by memories of picking seasonal flowers in parks and along roads. The red and blue spectator webbing and green zipper add accents.

-Classic Python-
"Classic Python" is a print that uses a python pattern from MUVEIL's archives. Snake skins are used as a lucky charm and talisman, which is why they were chosen as the motif for this collection. Another highlight is the playful color scheme, which combines the luxurious python pattern with pink and green spectator webbing. The lining has a strawberry pattern, inspired by the strawberries on shortcake, a symbol of birthday cakes.

Petite Hobo
A handbag adorned with PVC flowers, this time's special style. The mix of classic patterns and toy-like colors and textures creates a playful feel that is characteristic of MUVEIL.
