Tiffany's Christmas window miniature theater

Nov 24, 2015

Tiffany boutiques across Japan will be showcasing special Christmas window displays until December 25th. This year's Tiffany Christmas window displays are inspired by 19th-century miniature theaters. A glittering proscenium arch (a frame-shaped wall separating the stage from the audience) creates a fairytale-like atmosphere. The display windows feature a courtyard gate leading to the Christmas tree, a mantelpiece lined with blue boxes, a staircase decorated with Tiffany blue garland, a sleigh gliding through the forest, a crystal chandelier, and a large white stag. A special Christmas movie will also be shown in stores to get you in the winter spirit. The movie tells the story of a man who gives a Christmas present under a winter sky and a woman who receives it. The Ginza store will also feature a giant, approximately 6-meter-tall Christmas tree adorned with jewels.
