Hublot has unveiled the Square Bang Unico, a square watch with a completely new shape for the brand. Inspired by Hublot's iconic Big Bang, the Square Bang Unico will coexist alongside the Spirit of Big Bang as part of the new Shaped collection.

HUBLOT Square Bang Unico
Following the round, tonneau, and special-shaped MP models, the Square Bang Unico is Hublot's fourth square watch with a 42mm case size and is available in five models. Three models are crafted from black ceramic, 18K King Gold, and titanium, while two models combine a titanium and black ceramic bezel with a King Gold and black ceramic bezel.

Both models come with a black rubber strap and a folding clasp made from the same material as the case. This watch is powered by the in-house developed and manufactured Unico HUB1280 Manufacture movement, an automatic chronograph made of 354 components and beating at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800 vph).

Savoir Faire
The chronograph features a column wheel at 6 o'clock and a two-counter dial offering a clear view of the in-house developed and manufactured Unico movement, with hands identical to those found in the Big Bang.

The modular case, designed in line with Hublot's DNA, ensures ergonomic comfort. Despite its square shape, which makes it difficult to ensure water resistance, the watch is water resistant to 100m.

The lineage of the brand's iconic Big Bang can also be seen in many other details of this model. For example, the six functional screws on the bezel are positioned exactly as on the Big Bang. Additionally, the Square Bang Unico also features "lugs" on both sides, just like the Big Bang case, which protect the case and add balance to the design.
