ELLE cafe has launched a new menu item, "VEGAN BROTH SOUP," focusing on the "broth" trend in New York.
"Vegan broth" is a stock made from vegetables and seaweed. It is expected to have various effects, such as antioxidant and detoxifying effects, boosting the immune system, improving blood flow, and reducing stress, and contains phytochemicals, a health and beauty ingredient also known as the "seventh nutrient." In addition to vegan broth, the newly developed soup also contains plenty of dietary fiber, which helps suppress the absorption of carbohydrates from the intestines and promotes the excretion of cholesterol. The lineup consists of three items: "Brown Rice Pumpkin" (1,180 yen), made with vegan broth and brown rice, and pumpkin and carrots, which is good for intestinal health and boosting immunity; "Kombu Broth" (980 yen), made with kelp, dried radish, dried shiitake mushrooms, and other ingredients, which is good for intestinal health and fatigue recovery; and "Roots Ginger" (1,180 yen), made with vegan broth and chickpeas, and combined with beets and ginger, which is good for intestinal health and beautiful skin. In addition to single item sales, there is also a "Soup Program" available, which requires a reservation.
