From July 1st to September 30th, J.S. BURGERS CAFE, an American-style hamburger cafe, will be collaborating with the hit sci-fi film series "Ghostbusters," which is currently a hot topic due to the August release of its reboot. The new "Ghostbusters" film marks the first reboot of the franchise more than 30 years after its worldwide hit debut in 1984. This collaboration will see the cafe offering four original menu items inspired by the film, characters, and logo. The "G.B. Burger" (1,580 yen including tax), a hearty sandwich served in a black bun, features a beef patty seasoned with black olive and anchovy paste, topped with tangy, spicy bloody hot ketchup, and a ghost-like oozing cream splatter. It's a truly impactful creation. You can choose from three levels of spiciness for your sauce, and adding a sauce made with ghost peppers, the hottest chili peppers in the Guinness World Records, will turn your burger into a fiery spiciness. The "Marshmallow Mud Burger" (1,280 yen, tax included) is a dessert burger with a fluffy, pure white bun, mega marshmallows, and yogurt ice cream, creating a cohesive white burger. Enjoy it with black cocoa cookies and raspberry and beetroot bloodberry sauce. The "Green Ghost Shake" (780 yen, tax included) is an original shake inspired by the green ghost "Slimer." It combines dynamic ingredients like green tea ice cream, chips, and a mini burger with avocado and apple smoothie and spinach and orange sauce for a junky yet healthy treat. The "Black Chili Chips" (780 yen, tax included) are original chips inspired by the Ghostbusters logo color. Freshly fried potato fries are paired with spicy squid ink chili beans, white cheddar sauce, and tomato puree.
In addition, collaboration goods such as original design T-shirts, eco bags, badges, and stickers featuring the logo and characters with a hamburger motif will be sold exclusively. What's more, there will also be a service where customers who order the collaboration menu and post about it on social media will receive an original sticker on a first-come, first-served basis.
