Jean-Paul Hevin will be selling a limited-time collection for Valentine's Day and White Day, running from January 14th to March 14th. The theme for the 2015 collection is "Sweet Madness." The collection features playful new chocolates, embodied in Hevin's passion for cacao. A standout item is the Bonbon Chocolat (452 yen), available in six flavors, including orange and apricot. The fruit is not only directly encapsulated as a compote, but also crafted into praline and caramel, resulting in a surprising variety of tastes and textures. The heart-shaped Cool Chocolat (452 yen) also comes in two varieties: Cool Choco Noir Rouge, based on hazelnut cream and flavored with orange, and Cool de Folie Les Rouge, a combination of almond praline and ginger. These new chocolates will also be included in "Boîte au Chocolat," an assortment of bonbon chocolates.
New chocolates will also be released in truffle and disc-shaped pare varieties. The lineup is diverse, ranging from boxed to bag-type products, and the packaging designs all reflect the collection theme.
