The Omotesando Hills select shop "PASS THE BATON" is collaborating with the film "The Tailor" from January 22nd to February 15th.
"The Tailor" is a live-action film adaptation of Ikebe Aoi's popular comic by film director Yukiko Mishima. It stars actress Miki Nakatani. Set in the long-established Kobe tailoring shop "Minami Tailor Shop," the film depicts the human drama of the second-generation owner who continues the traditional craftsmanship and the people around her.
During the collaboration, a dressmaking shop will be open for a limited time. In addition to deadstock fabrics, ribbons, and buttons, personal belongings donated by the director and cast will be on display and for sale. Using these items, customers are encouraged to create a one-of-a-kind outfit, just like in the film. Additionally, the first 10 customers who purchase eligible items over 10,000 yen will receive a theater ticket, and the first 10 customers after that will receive an original masking tape.
