Uniqlo x Ines Spring 2015 Collection: Southern France's Nature is the Keyword

Jan 13, 2015

UNIQLO will release its Spring 2015 Ines de la Fressange collection on January 15th. The collection offers coordinated looks that exude femininity even among authentic pieces. Playful details, such as open necklines and a fitted fit that flatters the feminine figure, are incorporated. The signature color for this collection, caramel, reminiscent of the natural beauty of southern France, complements Ines' signature styling. Furthermore, the collection offers a variety of spring-like colors, such as a shirt (2,990 yen) paired with indigo. The floral-print dress (starting at 2,990 yen) also features vanilla, creating a vintage feel with its subtle hues. Other new additions to the collection include vintage-inspired sports jackets and sweatshirts. The herringbone jacket, with its somewhat masculine silhouette, features round pockets for a feminine touch and a playful striped lining. Last year's popular trench coat (9,900 yen) also features raglan sleeves, evoking a feminine touch in its elegant design.

The spring collection will be released worldwide. The full collection will be available at the Ginza store, Marché Printemps Ginza store, Kichijoji store, Shinjuku Takashimaya store, UNIQLO OSAKA store, and the UNIQLO online store.

Ahead of the release, Ines commented, "Fashion should be fun, like play. What I learned in the world of fashion is that you can express elegance even without a lot of clothes. This collection is very easy to wear and easy to coordinate. I think the clothes will suit any woman, anywhere in the world."

The summer Ines collection will be released in late February. This collection will feature items perfect for summer vacations to the Mediterranean and Marrakech. The collection will feature a natural color palette inspired by still photographs taken under the summer sun, with new colors such as vanilla and limestone gray being added. A total of 95 items will be available throughout the 2015 Spring/Summer season.
