Costume National presents a themed pre-collection of contemporary art of light and shadow

Jan 29, 2015

Ennio Capasa, designer of CoSTUME NATIONAL, participated in the charity event "The 8th Annual Heaven Gala." At the event, he presented "Heaven," a collaborative piece with performance artist Marina Abramovic. The piece embodies Marina's concept of "Heaven," a state of consciousness where light and shadow meet. Ennio designed original clothing for the piece, creating a truly engaging experience for visitors, allowing them to share the piece's unique worldview. Also at the event, CoSTUME NATIONAL unveiled its Pre-Fall 2015 collection, reflecting the shared themes rediscovered through the collaborative work. Ennio commented on the presentation, "I was able to express the relationship between light and shadow with great fidelity." Marina Abramovic, originally from Yugoslavia, has previously appeared in advertising visuals for Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci. In 2014, she also participated in the FIFA World Cup commemorative video by Adidas.
