Unimat Precious has opened a high-end yakiniku restaurant, Yakiniku Hekizan (2-13-18 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo), in Minami-Aoyama. Hours are 5:30 PM to 11 PM, and the restaurant is open year-round. Located in an alley behind the Unimat Aoyama building, the restaurant occupies a three-story house. Both the exterior and interior are stylish and understated, perfectly fitting the Aoyama neighborhood. The first and second floors feature table seating and private rooms, while the third floor is entirely private, catering to a variety of occasions, from private dining to business entertainment. Due to its location, the restaurant attracts many fashion industry professionals and employees of nearby Itochu Corporation. All 187 seats are equipped with smokeless roasters, eliminating the need to worry about odors. The menu offers A5-grade domestic beef, including kalbi (starting at ¥1,500), loin (starting at ¥1,500), and innards (starting at ¥900). They also offer three value courses (6,500 yen, 8,000 yen, 9,500 yen) that include hors d'oeuvres, kimchi, dessert, and more. They also have a wide selection of side dishes, including salads (700 yen), soups (from 450 yen), japchae (900 yen), chijimi (1,200 yen), bibimbap (half 550 yen, regular 850 yen), and hiyashi noodles (half 780 yen, regular 1,200 yen).
