Nike updated its smartphone training app, "N+TC (Nike+ Training Club)," on January 5th. This update adds a new profile feature, allowing the app's approximately 65 million female users worldwide to more actively communicate with each other. This feature allows users to share workout results with each other, with the primary aim of increasing motivation. The app also now features a photo-sharing function on Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms, allowing users to share photos of their training sessions online. The app also introduces a new workout called "NTC Tabata Toned." This training menu, designed for elite athletes, was developed by six world-class female athletes, including world bronze medalist Leah Wallace, based on their own training practices. By alternating between intense exercise and rest in a 2:1 balance, the app challenges the anaerobic energy supply system and improves overall coordination. The motion incorporates six basic sports movements: pushing, pulling, stepping, squatting, bending, and rotating, which burns fat throughout the body and tones muscles.
