
Nike has released the latest version of its training app, Nike+ Training Club. Download it for free.
Select your goals, such as "slim down" or "toned up," and your fitness level to automatically generate a four-week program tailored to your goals. You can freely customize the app by adding running exercises and changing workout content. You can also download only the workouts you like to your device, saving space.
The app includes over 100 workouts, including a new addition: tennis player Maria Sharapova's "New Year's Crush." This 15-minute workout improves speed, strength, and stability.
This version also supports Nike+ Running. By incorporating Nike+ Running into your training program, you can now more accurately measure distance, time, pace, and calories burned. It also displays an estimated amount of Nike Fuel earned from each workout. Nike Training Club was launched in January 2011. Last year, model Jessica Michibata's training program was added.
