This season, Italian eyewear brand SUPER will be releasing items in collaboration with graphic designer Keiichi Tanaami.
Tanaami was appointed the first art director of the Japanese edition of Playboy magazine in 1975. He is famous for his avant-garde, playful, psychedelic style and is said to be a leading figure in modern Japanese pop art.
The collaboration items with SUPER will use Tanaami's works as original prints, and the collection will also include three new silhouettes. The items will be delivered in a special box, with shipments split between late February and May. Prices range from 33,600 to 34,650 yen.
