Star Channel is broadcasting "DRESS THE MOVIES: The World of Costume Designers" in February, the third installment of its "BRILLIANT CINEMA" segment, which began airing in December, ahead of the 86th Academy Awards. The segment will showcase films by past Academy Award-winning costume designers. Starting at 9:00 PM on February 19th, the show will feature "Mirror Mirror" (2012), a modern adaptation of the fairy tale "Snow White," starring Julia Roberts as the evil queen. The costumes were designed by world-renowned designer Eiko Ishioka, who passed away in 2012. She won an Academy Award for costume design for Francis Ford Coppola's "Dracula" (1992). He also designed costumes for "The Cell" (2000) and "The Fall" (2006). This final film was also nominated for the award.

Starting at 9:00 pm on the 26th, "Snow White and the Huntsman" (2012), starring Kristen Stewart as the heroine, will be broadcast. The costume designer is Colleen Atwood, who won Academy Awards for Best Costume Design for "Chicago" (2002) and "Alice in Wonderland" (2010).
