IKSPIARI, the shopping complex within Tokyo Disney Resort, will undergo its largest-scale renovation since its opening in 2000, from spring to fall this year. Under the concept of "Brand New Story IKSPIARI," approximately 40 stores, or more than a quarter of the total, will be gradually opened, some new, some renovated, and some relocated. The first phase will see the opening of 18 stores between March and April, including apparel brand GUESS, which will make its full-scale Japanese debut this spring; IKSPIARI's newly developed lifestyle select shop Natural Anthem; French-inspired fashion goods store Maison de FLEUR; and Hokkaido-born skincare brand LAUREL, all of which will be making their Chiba Prefecture debuts. In April, a total of 12 food and beverage outlets will open in "The Courtyard" on the first floor. The take-out food corner, "FOOD FOOD," will have a new event area where you can enjoy Japanese, Western and Chinese prepared foods, as well as trending and seasonal sweets. The following area will see the opening of premium ice cream specialty store "BEN & JERRY'S" and Belgian waffle specialty store "Manneken," which will also offer original Ikspiari menus. There will also be many stores where you can watch the food being prepared.
