Introducing a new collaboration between the Top Time watch and Speed Twin, inspired by the café racers of the 1960s.

In the mid-1960s, during the heyday of auto racing, a subculture known as "café racers" emerged, featuring riders literally racing from stylish motorcycles to stylish cafés. Willy Breitling embodied the fast-paced style of the era with an entirely new timekeeper. The result was the Breitling Top Time, an unconventional chronograph for "young, active professionals." Its bold proportions quickly captivated the sporty crowd, both men and women.
Today, a spectacular new collaboration between Breitling and British motorcycle brands Triumph and Top Time rekindles the free-spirited spirit of 1960s cafe racers. Celebrating its 120th anniversary, Triumph blends historic craftsmanship with contemporary design to create classic motorcycles.

" said Breitling CEO Georges Kern. Their blend of tradition and technology is a perfect match for our work.
For the debut of the collaboration, Breitling will create a Top Time Triumph with a distinctive satin-finish bow tie motif, nicknamed the “Zorro dial” by Top Time collectors. Meanwhile, Triumph will release 270 co-branded Speed Twin Breitling Limited Edition motorcycles. Buyers of these motorcycles will also receive a special offer to purchase a special owner's version of the Top Time Triumph, featuring a sunray dial and a caseback engraved with the bike's individual number.

Both models feature ice blue dials. This distinctive color has a history of being used on the blue Triumph Thunderbird 6T, introduced in 1951, and on a rare blue-dialed Breitling Top Time (reference 815) from the 1970s.

Features include a soft, racing-inspired calfskin strap that complements the dial, subtle Breitling and Triumph logos at 12 and 6 o'clock, oversized mushroom pushers for easy operation of the chronograph's stop-start and reset functions, and a high-contrast tachymeter scale for clear speed readings. Powered by the Breitling Caliber 23, a COSC-certified chronometer, this watch offers a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. Another distinctive feature is the case back, which is engraved with detailed design sketches of Triumph's parallel twin engine, a must-have for collectors.

Commenting on the co-branded watch, Triumph CEO Nick Bloor said:

The Top Time Triumph's 41 mm diameter, like the original, is a gender-neutral size. For fans of the Triumph brand or anyone considering purchasing a limited edition Breitling Speed Twin bike, this is a must-have model.
