For the Spring/Summer 2017 season, Marni has launched a mini-collection in collaboration with Dutch artist Ruth van Beek. Ruth van Beek creates collages by selecting and arranging photographic material and designs from her ever-evolving personal archive. Her works reference natural elements such as soft colors and exotic plants and flowers, and are shaped through cutting, folding, and contrast. For this mini-collection, Ruth van Beek's work is superimposed amidst signature prints from the Spring/Summer 2017 collection, such as on PVC bags (46,000 yen) and T-shirts, reflecting Marni's love for undefined compositions.
