Parisian Boulangerie Gontran Cherrier's Spring-Limited Offer: Cherry Blossom Mont Blanc and Cream Puffs

Boulangerie Gontran Cherrier will be releasing a new cherry blossom-themed menu on February 28th. This spring-only menu, based on the concept of "cherry blossoms," combines Japanese ingredients with popular Parisian bread. The menu includes the "Sakura Mont Blanc" (350 yen, tax included), a take on the popular Mont Blanc, featuring a croissant dough shaped like the Eiffel Tower, stuffed with a generous amount of mint-flavored cherry blossom paste; the "Sakura Mochi Anpan" (220 yen, tax included), a traditional dough filled with cherry blossom-flavored mochi and cream cheese-infused bean paste; the "Sakura and Chia Seed Fougasse" (220 yen, tax included), featuring chia seeds kneaded with salted cherry blossoms; and the "Sakura Cream Puff" (350 yen, tax included), filled with an original cherry blossom cream made from cherry blossom bean paste and fresh cream. The menu is scheduled to be on sale until early April.
