Palace Hotel Tokyo's pastry shop, Sweets & Deli, will be selling four types of sweets perfect as White Day gifts in limited quantities from March 1st to March 14th.
"Ongle Chocolat" (2,600 yen including tax) is an assortment box made up of chocolate nail tips and bracelets, representing the delicate hands of a woman. Inside the chic box are bonbons carefully crafted by the hotel's in-house chocolatier, as well as three classic flavors: Caramel Salé, Les Natures, and Noix Natures, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one box.
"Chaussures à Talon" (10,000 yen including tax) is a three-dimensional art chocolate filled with bright red heart-shaped bonbons and smooth white truffles inside a pure white high heel made from white chocolate. With a rose at the toe, delicately crafted down to each petal, and a lustrous ribbon at the heel, this gorgeous item is a feast for the eyes and the mouth.
"Gâteau Fromage Fumé" (3,800 yen, tax included) is a soufflé-style cheesecake smoked with cherry wood chips. It has a moist texture with a mellow, rich cheese aroma that spreads throughout the cake. It pairs well with green tea or alcohol, and makes a great gift. Opening the paulownia wood box releases the gorgeous scent of cherry blossoms, making you feel the arrival of spring.
"Perle" (800 yen, tax included) is a lovely caviar chocolate with a light texture and a coating of spring-colored chocolate. The sparkling pale pink sprinkled here and there evokes the image of a jewelry box, making it the perfect gift for a woman.
