From January 19th to February 14th, GLORIOUS CHAIN CAFÉ, run by Diesel, will be offering a limited-edition Valentine's menu in its first collaboration with VESTRI, a luxury chocolate brand with a 30-year history in Italy. Founded in Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy, VESTRI is a rare farm-to-bar brand that cultivates the finest cacao using organic farming methods, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, and crafts it into chocolate from start to finish. The chocolate, carefully handcrafted from cacao grown with the brand's own expertise, is known for its exquisite melt-in-your-mouth texture. This collaboration introduces a pistachio-flavored treat, "Fondente Pistacchio," a special rendition of VESTRI's signature "Antica Gianduia," a gianduia chocolate eaten with a golden spoon. A limited-edition afternoon tea set of 60 servings will be created using a generous portion of "Fondente Pistacchio," housed in a special gold collaboration package.
