The collection's greatest feature is its finish, reminiscent of the Diesel Denim Gallery, an archive collection of rare, artisanal denim pieces, crafted using the brand's highly skilled artisanal techniques. This Italian-made collection reflects the brand's long-cultivated craftsmanship and denim knowledge with a modern aesthetic.

To commemorate the release of the capsule collection, a pop-up store will be set up at The Stage on the first floor of the Men's Building at Isetan Shinjuku from August 16th to 29th. This Japan-exclusive capsule collection, directed by Creative Director Glenn Martins, is inspired by the distinctive washed visual denim from the archives, focusing on vintage washes and coatings. It highlights traditional processing and Italian craftsmanship, and expresses them in more modern shapes and silhouettes. Finished with exceptional processing techniques such as washes, distressing, and dirty finishes, the denim items are like works of art. In addition to unisex trench coats, denim shirts, jackets, track denim sets, and long-sleeve T-shirts, the lineup also includes monster cargo pants and flared denim pants. Items will also be available exclusively at Isetan Men's.

To commemorate the launch of the Japan pop-up exclusive capsule collection, DIESEL has released a key visual featuring model, actor, and DJ Ohira Shuzo, actor and model Tamashiro Tina, young actor Tozuka Junki, and model and DJ Inoue Yamato. Photographer Omiyama Shun captured the four unique individuals dressed in vintage denim looks against a backdrop of everyday Tokyo scenery, with the red Diesel logo blending in. Additionally, new photographs by Omiyama will be on display at a pop-up store opening at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Store from August 16th.
