This year's Valentine's Day highlights are the "Heart Mousse Cake," which features an impressive soft, rounded heart shape, and the "Jewelry Chocolate Box," which debuted two years ago and caused a stir by packing sparkling jewel-like chocolates into a real jewelry box.
The "Heart Mousse Cake" is the first Valentine's Day dessert created by French Executive Pastry Chef Fabien Martin at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka. It features a crispy chocolate raspberry base, a refreshing strawberry mousse, and a subtle hint of ginger cream for a flavorful accent. This bright red heart-shaped cake, which honestly expresses your overflowing affection for your loved one, is sure to put a smile on their face the moment they receive it.
