Vivienne Westwood Man makes eyewear debut

Vivienne Westwood MAN will release its first eyewear line. The lineup will include four types of sunglasses and seven types of optical frames.

The sunglasses include aviator, Wellington, and Boston models. They feature designs with bone-motif bridges and orb accents. All are priced at 19,950 yen.

The optical frames are based on a trendy classic style and incorporate Vivienne's iconic patterns, jewelry motifs, and brow styles made with wood-grain fabric. Prices for the frames alone range from 19,950 yen to 29,400 yen.

Available at major department stores nationwide from December.
SAKURA
  • Aviator model with a bone-motif bridge.
  • This model features a bone-inspired bridge and a large front shape. The right temple features an orb-shaped metal part with a cufflink motif.
  • A popular big-shaped Wellington model. The metal parts at the joint have the "WESTWOOD" logo on the top, and the temples are made of demi-metal fabric in all colors.
  • A classic Boston model with a keyhole bridge. The unique temple and rim shape are the highlights.
  • Wellington model made from pure titanium. Features a keyhole bridge and ultra-thin temples made from demi-metal material.
  • This brow model (excluding the black model) features woodgrain fabric. It features a "WESTWOOD" logo on the bridge and a border on the temples, showcasing a design that pays attention to even the smallest details.
  • This model is made of thick nylon fabric, highlighting the wood grain. The inside of the temples feature an original zebra print fabric. The tip of the right temple is decorated with a water orb.
  • Vivienne Westwood's favorite Wellington model features two-tone fabric on the front and two layers of demi-metal fabric on the temples.
  • A classic model with a keyhole bridge and slim temples. All made with color-gradation fabric and five dots on the temples.
  • This humorous model faithfully recreates the eyeballs used in Vivienne Westwood's accessories. The metal parts at the top of the joint feature the "WESTWOOD" logo.
  • A classic Boston model with a "LET IT ROCK" metal part on the left temple and a keyhole bridge. The "WESTWOOD" logo is on the top of the metal part at the joint.
