
An exhibition of art director Morimoto Chie will be held at Spiral Garden in Aoyama, Tokyo from December 18th to the 26th.
The exhibition will feature original drawings from Morimoto's proposal for the stage art of the SIS Company production "Voice: Jean Cocteau x Koki Mitani x Kyoka Suzuki," which will be held at Spiral Hall during the same period. The exhibition will also feature works based on the theme of "voice" created by photographer Ueda Yoshihiko, musician Takagi Masakatsu, and the development unit AR Three Brothers.
In addition, at the Spiral entrance, a "voice tree" Christmas tree designed by Morimoto with a voice motif will be on display from the 7th, along with a telephone-shaped installation that allows you to record messages to loved ones.
Morimoto was born in Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture in 1976. After graduating from Musashino Art University, she joined Hakuhodo. goen° was founded in 2007 with the concept of "Inventing encounters. Giving shape to dreams and connecting people." It won its first ADC Grand Prix for "Song Relay," a Suntory reconstruction support commercial aired after the Great East Japan Earthquake. In addition to corporate advertising, her diverse work includes artwork for musicians, book design, film and stage art, direction for nurseries and zoos, and radio show personality.
