(2) Using both hands, use the second joint of your index finger through your little finger to slide upwards from above the knee to the base of your right thigh, applying a little pressure. *Massage for about 3 minutes. Repeat with your left leg.

[STEP 2] A 30-second self-massage to stimulate cellulite tissue
The inside of your thighs and above your knees are areas where waste products tend to accumulate. Carefully treat these areas to reduce swelling.

(1) Relax and sit in a chair.
(2) Using both hands, grip and pinch the inside of your right thigh from above the knee to the base of the thigh, alternating between different positions. We recommend using a strength that feels just a little painful! *Massage for 3 minutes. Do the same on your left leg.
