[STEP 1] Exercises to relieve facial swelling
Apparently, facial swelling occurs when fluid containing waste products overflows and becomes trapped in the lymphatic vessels. Self-care that is based on the image of a "pump" that collects this unnecessary fluid and flushes it out of the face can help improve swelling.

(1) Turn your face to the right
(2) Slowly look down. At this time, bring your chin close to your collarbone, and make sure that the muscles at the back of your neck on the left side are stretched!
(3) Slowly look up. Lift your chin high and feel the muscles in the front left of your neck stretch, counting one up and down movement as one movement, and repeat this "pumping motion" 10 times. Do the same on the left side.

[STEP 2] Self-massage to make your face look slimmer
A massage to loosen up the stiff flesh in your cheeks and make your face look slimmer. It is also effective for swelling and nasolabial folds.
