Lip-shaped chocolates that will capture your heart. Hilton Tokyo's Valentine's Fair

Patisserie FILOU, located on the TSUNOHAZU dining floor of Hilton Tokyo, will be offering approximately 20 types of Valentine's Day chocolates and original sweets from February 1st to 14th, 2016.

The "Frechet de Cupidon" fondant au chocolat (1,750 yen), which is just the right size for two to share, is made with Valrhona's Guanara (70% cacao), a luxury French chocolate. When heated, the heart-shaped fondant au chocolat, garnished with a Cupid's arrow, melts with bright red raspberry cream along with the bittersweet chocolate. The "Strawberry Tablet Chocolate" (1,620 yen), made with Valrhona's white chocolate, Ivoire, has dried strawberries trapped inside the chocolate and is garnished with a heart-shaped chocolate sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries. Other products on sale include the realistic lip-shaped "Lip Chocolate Lollipop (Milk, Dark, White)" (347 yen), the "Heart-Shaped Mandiants (Strawberry, Dark, Milk, White)" (from 389 yen) in a variety of flavors with various nuts and dried fruits embedded in them, the "Chocolate Kiss (Oval Box)" (3,241 yen), a jewelry-like chocolate box filled with bonbons, and the rose-flavored heart-shaped macaron "Heart Ispahan" (713 yen).
