
Fruit tart specialty store Kil Fait Bon will be holding "2016 Chocolat Week!" from February 8th to February 14th, offering eight kinds of chocolate cakes.
The fair will feature eight kinds of chocolate cakes, including this year's Valentine's Day cake, "Santamour Red Fruit and Orange Tart" (2,376 yen). "Santamour Red Fruit and Orange Tart" is a heart-shaped tart decorated with red fruits and oranges, and combines chocolate ganache made with 75% SAMBIRANO chocolate from Italy's Domori, plus almonds, and orange bavarois.
Other items include the "Chestnut and Blonde Chocolate Classic Chocolate Tart" (788 yen per piece, 7,452 yen for a whole cake), which combines the texture of chestnut with the classic chocolate of blonde chocolate "Dulce," the "Wave-shaped White Chocolate and Cream Cheese Soufflé Tart" (802 yen per piece, 7,668 yen for a whole cake), a cheese soufflé baked with white chocolate, combined with a sweet and sour sauce and red fruits, the moist "Nama Chocolate Castella" (533 yen per piece, 5,076 yen for a whole cake), the bittersweet "Orange Mousse and Chocolate Tart" (563 yen per piece, 5,400 yen for a whole cake), the "Macadamia Chocolate and Banana Tart" (709 yen per piece, 6,696 yen for a whole cake) made with homemade banana jam, the moist and delicious "Chocolate Cake" (691 yen per piece, 6,588 yen for a whole cake), and the "Sachertorte Tart" (5,076 yen per piece, 5,076 yen for a whole cake). "Sacher" (Peace 729 yen, 6,912 yen) will also be available, making this a week where you can enjoy chocolate cakes of various flavors and textures.
