The Paris-based children's clothing brand Bonpoint's 2014 Spring/Summer collection offers romantic and sweet styles based on five themes.

The "TWIGGY" series, inspired by model Twiggy, features graphic designs such as gingham check, Liberty print, and geometric patterns. Black and white are mixed with lemon yellow, strawberry pink, and poppy red. A short, three-quarter-sleeve cotton jacket is paired with an acid yellow polka-dot jacquard dress, and a colorful mini dress is paired with a matching patent leather bag and silver ballet flats. Other pieces include a trench coat, a denim biker jacket, and Mary Jane shoes.

The "JAPON" series combines Japanese craftsmanship and sensibility with urban neo-preppy style. Off-white fabrics are mixed with navy blue and red, reminiscent of indigo dyeing, accented with khaki and large polka dots. The designs feature meticulous attention to detail, including delicate brushstrokes, floral prints, indigo-dyed Liberty prints, and sashiko-style embroidery.

The "NEO-ROMANTIC" series adds contrasts of light and dark to a 1950s retro romantic style. Soft milky tones are accented with black, gray, or tusky blue, with pale yellow-green and neon lime accents. Key pieces include delicate English embroidery dresses and lace one-piece dresses, cotton-linen baggy pants, and cotton-voile skirts.

Inspired by the Darjeeling region of India, the "DARJEELING" line combines a color palette of golden pale yellow, blueberry, Indian pink, and emerald green with Indian prints. The lineup includes halter-neck jumpsuits, one-piece dresses, embroidered peasant and smock dresses, suede miniskirts, and white denim shorts. "BAHIA," inspired by the vibrancy of South America, features pastel, nut, milk, blue-green, and bright orange as its main colors. Short cardigans feature blue Liberty prints and mint green geometric patterns. There are also gauze dresses embroidered with turquoise and habutae dresses embroidered in pink and orange.
