"DRESS STYLE for KIDS," a pop-up shop offering high-quality children's dresswear from Japan and abroad, including brands making their Japan debut, opened on January 15th at The Stage #6 on the 6th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building. The shop will run until the 28th.
The shop will feature two Italian brands making their Japan debut. "LUCIANO SOPRANI KIDS" will be selling two girls' dresses, a white dress (58,800 yen) and a mint green dress (55,650 yen), at Isetan first. Also, "PAIO CRIPPA," a long-established Italian children's clothing brand originally a fabric manufacturer known for its traditional patterns and tartan checks, is introducing a fashionable knit dress (40,950 yen).
"familiar," a leading Japanese children's clothing brand, will be selling custom-made clothing, a rare find in the children's clothing market. Girls' dresses (99,750 yen, includes tippet) are available in three colors: black, red, and beige, and initials can be engraved on the included tippet of the same color. Boys' tuxedos can also be ordered (99,750 yen, includes shirt). All sizes are available in 110, 120, and 130cm. The boys' brands include kids' clothing from men's clothing brands such as Brooks Brothers and J.PRESS, so fathers and sons can enjoy matching fashion. A corsage-making event will also be held during the event. Registration is open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day on January 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th. Participation fees start from 1,890 yen.
