Kintetsu Department Store announced that it will open a new women's specialty shopping mall called "Soraha" on February 22nd on the second to fourth floors and second basement floor of the Abeno Harukas Wing Building. The mall aims for first-year sales of 10 billion yen. The remaining floors will then be gradually opened, with the grand opening of the entire building on March 7th.

Soraha targets women in their late teens to late twenties and is divided into six areas. The total sales floor area is 11,000 square meters, with 105 stores. 60% of the stores will be clothing, and 40% will be non-clothing, such as miscellaneous goods and cosmetics.

The east side of the second floor will target university students and first- and second-year office ladies. "Island," featuring four brands centered around "Cecil McBee," will be opening its first store in Japan. "JOL Osaka," a community space for teens and female university students, will also be established.

The center of the third floor will be an area for office ladies in their 20s and 30s. The select shop "Outro Sol" will open its first store in Western Japan on the east side of the third floor, targeting office ladies with a sweet and elegant feel. "Riente" will open its first store in Japan, and "Shumian," a one-time practice space, will be located. The center of the third and fifth floors will feature an ageless, natural-themed area. It will feature brands such as the natural cosmetics brand "Hokuroku Kusui" and the fair trade brand "Mother House." The east side of the same floors will feature a pop, street-style, casual area, featuring brands such as "Torte," "Heatherby," "KBF+," "Castane," and "Ray Cassin." The east side of the fourth floor will feature a more mature, stylish feel targeted at high school and university students. "C.BY.C" will open its first store in Japan, and its lineup will include the cosmetics brand "Sea Tree Art" and the accessories brand "Exberry." The second basement floor will be home to "Every Berry Nice Crap" and "Chambre de Charme Côté." Abeno Harukas' Tower Building, which houses Kintetsu Department Store, opened in June last year, and the upper floors of the Wing Building, which will house specialty shops, opened in October last year.
