
Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a hotel in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be offering chocolate sweets for Valentine's Day and White Day, as well as special course menus at each restaurant.
The pastry boutique "Fiorentina" on the first floor will be selling Valentine's Day sweets from February 1st to 14th. The new "Soufflé Chocolat" (3 pieces each/1,200 yen) has a texture somewhere between baked chocolate and chocolate mousse, and is available in plain and coffee flavors. The new "Surprise Chocolate Box" (2,000 yen each) is a chocolate ball that, when broken, reveals a cake filled with chocolate cream, sponge cake, crème brûlée, and fresh berries. Other items include "Golf Ball Chocolat" (3 pieces/1,500 yen, 6 pieces/3,000 yen), a chocolate golf ball with a hidden chocolate bonbon inside.
White Day sweets will be available from March 1st to 14th. The lineup includes the raspberry and orange flavored "Chocolate Soufflé" (1,200 yen), the "Surprise Chocolate Box" filled with pistachio cream, vanilla cream, and berries (2,000 yen each), and the "Agnello" cake (1,000 yen), a homemade ricotta cheese mousse filled with raspberry jelly and chocolate cream. The Italian cafe "Fiorentina" on the first floor will be offering a hearty dinner course "Sweet & Precious" (tax and service charge included, 6,000 yen per person) from February 1st to March 14th, including a welcome drink, appetizer, soup, pasta, main course, and chocolate dessert. The all-day dining restaurant "French Kitchen" on the second floor will be offering a "Valentine's Day & White Day Dinner" (tax and service charge included, 7,150 yen per person) consisting of an appetizer, main dish, and dessert from February 1st to March 16th.
