Grand Hyatt's 10th Anniversary Christmas Cakes: 10 Varieties, Don Pericettes, and Charity Cookies

The Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be releasing 10 types of Christmas cakes to commemorate its 10th anniversary. The cakes include new creations like the "Strawberry Mousseline" (3,800 yen) with strawberry meringue, the colorful and adorable "Fruit Tart" (3,800 yen), and the "Buche de Noël" (10,000 yen), a bitter chocolate mousse sandwiched with hazelnut and orange cream. The cakes also include some of the hotel's most popular cakes of the past decade. The cakes are available at the Fiorentina Pastry Boutique on the first floor, and reservations can be made by phone or online. The order acceptance period is from November 1st to December 8th. Additionally, the "10th Anniversary Special Hamper" (80,000 yen), a five-tiered box filled with a vintage Dom Pérignon from 2003 (the year the hotel opened) and sweets, will be on sale from December 16th to 25th. Only 10 are available. The lineup also includes the "Kids Hamper" (4,000 yen), a stocking filled with sweets, the "Baumkuchen & Stollen Gift" (4,000 yen), a combination of traditional German sweets, charity cookies (600 yen), a portion of the sales of which will be donated through the Kids Earth Fund, and the "Share the Love Barocco Hamper" (20,000 yen), which is an assortment of wine, sweets, and charity cookies. The sale period is from November 15th to December 25th.
