Parisian chocolatier Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing a limited-time collection for Valentine's Day and White Day from January 15th to March 14th. The collection will be available in Jean-Paul Hevin stores, online boutiques, and at select department store event locations nationwide.

This year's theme, marking the 25th anniversary of the brand's founding, is "Best of." The collection features chocolates created based on what founder Hevin himself considers to be "the best things" and "things he loves."

The bonbons (439 yen each) depicting the "best things in life" come in eight varieties, including "Tour Eiffel Paris" with an Eiffel Tower design and "Les Garçons" featuring a boy bringing a ring. The heart-shaped rouge-coated cool chocolates (439 yen each) will feature new recipes, including "Coeur Noir Rouge," which is filled with coconut-flavored hazelnut cream, and "Coeur les Rouge," which is praline and hazelnuts wrapped in chocolate.

"Boîte au Chocolat" (1,193 yen to 12,828 yen), which comes in a box decorated with polka dots and a bright red heart and includes classic bonbon chocolates, including limited editions, is available in boxes of 2 to 37 to suit various occasions. The collection includes "Boîte Truffles 10 Pieces Best Of" (3,434 yen), which contains 10 smooth truffles, and "Boîte L'Amour" (3,990 yen), which is an assortment of lip-shaped chocolates "Lèvres Noir" and pearl-shaped round chocolates "Perle Chocolat Melange." There will also be limited edition Pare (disk-shaped chocolates), specially designed tablets (slabs of chocolate), and baked goods. Also available this year is a Valentine's Day limited edition shopper. Jean Oddo, the brand's artistic director, has designed it to depict Evan's "very best thing in life."
